KH911
Divine pheonix is way too strong. It's easy to Summon, 3700 ATK unaffected floodgate that shutdown all spells/traps, and has an extra bit of protection on top of that? Remember how toxic Naturia Exterio is? And now you make an even more powerful Exterio that's even easier to summon. Any one of these suggestions can balance this card: 1. Significant lower ATK. Like maybe 2k ATK to allow the opponent to actually swing over it 2. Instead of being unaffected, it detaches a material if it would leave the field. This way it can be negated, ATK can be lowered, and if the opponent has enough removal, it can run out of protection 3. It requires 5 level 8 Horus monsters as material. This is hard to do, but reasonable within this archetype since they all special summon themselves. A card this powerful should require to use all of your resources to get it out. 4. Just don't make it a towers. Don't make it a floodgate. Do something more interesting with it. Look at the other Horus cards, they trigger when another card is removed, it's something we haven't seen before. Try making your Horus cards follow that theme, it's alot more interesting than an overpowered boring towers floodgate. The other cards I guess are...fine. I'm not at all a fan of these designs but they're acceptable.
