When this card is Special Summoned inflict 200 LP for each LV3 or Lower Monster in both players GY to both players then Banish this card.

Equip only to a special summoned monster , when the equipped is destroyed by battle both player take 2000 LP damage after this effect resolves Special summon 1 "Burning Sinner" From your deck. in any position.

I would recommend this card banishing itself when it left the field, not immediately upon summon. Also If you make the changes I suggest to your next card, make that a HOPT. Lastly, I think it should either boost its own ATK by the number of level 3 or lower monsters in your GY or be able to attack directly.

I forgot to mention this, but "In any position" just allows you to add face-down DEF as an extra position to Special Summoning. I would suggest a few changes to this card I think you'd enjoy. How about the equipped monster gains 200 ATK for each level 3 or lower monster in your GY, lower the damage to 1000, and equip itself to the Summoned "Burning Sinner" if you summoned one off this effect? If that still turned out to be too weak in practice, you could return level 3 or lower monster in GY to your deck to negate effects that targeted the equipped monster.
