A neat card late game for making any weaker monster you control strong using this to give them a boost to their ATK to take down bigger monsters as well as a second attack where if your opponent has another weaker monster than your own or no monsters can then go in for another hit. Would be hilarious considering theirs 1 space between this and the Arc-V cards in AC23 with you got the Utopia armoured Black Ray Lancer.

OR we could get Full Armored Xyz considering cards exist that are based on monsters equipped by that card, which if the slot between this and the Earthbound is a Zexal card would make more sense.
