This card is treated as a Normal Monster while in the hand, Deck or field, and is also treated as a Normal monster while in the GY. While this card is a Normal Monster on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it become an Effect Monster with this effect. ● If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Heat" card from your Deck or GY to your hand.
If a Spell/Trap is activated: You can banish this card from your GY; negate that effect, and if you do, equip that card to a face-up monster you control as an Equip card treated as "Raise Body Heat" and with this effect.
● If this card is equipped to a Dinosaur monster, it gains 300 ATK/DEF.
You can only use each effect of "Hidden HERO - Hot Gal" once per turn.

This card is able to search the 2 Heat HEROes, H - Heated Heart, Heat Wave (going well with its Normal monster properties), Ignis Heat and the aforementioned "Raise Body Heat" for funs (or possibly Equip combos in Ignoble Knights?)
Posting in Casual due to the alternate take on the Gemini clause, and the crossover with Ignis Heat and Dinosaur-themed cards. Still, the crossover is flavorful and intended since Hidden is an alternate word for "Secret", which in some comic series is associated with multiverses, such as "Secret Wars".
The name is also a sort of reference to the D HERO "Dudes" roaming around, hence being called a "gal".

Also gave a try to the AI-generated image.

That's like the best Ai image I've seen so far, what did you do for the prompt?
Card is great. Imagine Neos Alius had Rekindgling and Infernoble Knight support and also did something in the GY.

Hmm no actually, that effect feels wrong. No additional requirements to negate any S/T, no "while you control a HERO" or "while there's an equip" or anything. You could have no hand or field and still be able to do it. That's questionable design.

Everything else? Neat. Especially mimicking the strongest equip ever from LOB, in case your Infernoble HERO beat Rekindling deck also wants to to try Jurac Aeolo and Guaiba!

For the AI image I just filled in the card with the name and effect you see there. I did reroll 2 more times, 1 of those renamed as "Masked HERO" to see if it would generated a masked character, and while it did, IMO both images looked worse than the first one here.

You need a face-up monster on board to be able to equip the negated Spell/Trap, since that part of the effect is mandatory. I could put the requirement in the condition of the effect but I didn't seem it necessary. I think it's implied, anyway? You would not be able to activate the effect anyway if you control no monster to equip the negated S/T.

Also you need this in GY first to use the effect but gradually that becomes less of a drawback.
