(2) When a FIRE monster you control is destroyed by battle while this card is in your hand: You can Special Summon this card.

Hmm not sure what this has to do with charmers aside from being a spellcaster with 1850 ATK, but this could easily be slot into any fire deck as a searcher (look at you volcanics).
