Dark Clumsy Magician

Level:4   1200\1400

Attribute:dark  Type:spellcaster\effect

When this card is summoned you can Flip a coin, if heads, add one "Dark magic" spell card to your hand and activate it, if their are no spaces avalible, You can dehstroy one card in your spell and trap zone. If tails, this card is destroyed, When this card is destroyed, flip a coin, if heads, all your spell and traps are destroyed, if heads, nothing happens.

So it steals a portion of the Dark Magician support on a 50/50 chance.
The "if your S/T Zones are full, destroy something so you can use this card" is very situational, if your opponent causes you to have no space, it'll be through zone locking rather than clogging, and if you caused the clogging yourself, I think this is not the way lol. It just seems complicated. Why not just mill the card, "and activate its effects as this card's effect"? you don't need no stinking zones for that and even bypasses you having to meet activation requirements or paying for costs (no half LP for Curtain).

You also don't need a tails effect (and by extention no need for any of the second coin toss bits). If you gave it a DIFFERENT but still positive effect on the other side of the coin, it can still be "bad" by not being your intended option (because luck) for that situation, rather than it being a plain bad thing.
