Scar Vice Dragon lv 5 DARK Dragon/Effect You can discard 1 Fiend or Dragon monster; Special Summon this card. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Add 1 Fiend Tuner monster from your Deck or GY to your hand, also, for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck except DARK Synchro monsters.
