This is the "Realistic Cards" section. Try to use proper PSCT on the cards you post. Here's how it should be worded:

Special Summon 4 "Elemental HERO" monsters with different Attributes from your GY.

Always put name specifications in parenthesis, always capitalize "Summon", aswell as "Attribute(s)".
If you use the expression "face-up", put a hyphen inbetween. Since the standard Special Summon implies the possibility to Summon either in face-up Defense Position or face-up Attack Position, you don't have to include that on your card.

At a first glance the card seems pretty strong, but since you need to put 4 different Elemental Heroes into the GY to use this card, which is alot of preparation I assume, and it cannot really be searched, I think it should actually be fine. I would probably not even play it in a Hero Deck, as it requires you to change the way you play the Deck significantly due to the requirement of different Attributes and doesn't give you a consistent advantage because it cannot be searched. Anyhow it might be very fun in a casual or role-play duel as a crazy come back.

What I must say is that the name and artwork are fire. They fit each other and really create this feeling of something crazy and mighty happening.

Good job on the design, but please improve your Problem Solving Card Text when posting in Advanced.
