Volcanic Trooper

If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Add 1 "Volcanic" or "Blaze Accelerator" card from your Deck to your hand. During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 “Volcanic” monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set (you can only gain this effect once per turn). If this card is sent to the GY: Inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponents LP. You can only use each effect of "Volcanic Trooper" once per turn.

If you control no monsters or all monsters you control are FIRE Pyro, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand.) You can only Special Summon "Volcanic Tank" once per turn this way, also, for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon monsters except "Volcanic" monsters. You can send 1 "Volcanic" monster from your hand, field or Deck to the GY, then, target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy the targeted card, then, inflict 500 points of damage to your opponents LP. If this card is destroyed by an opponents card: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Volcanic" monster from your Deck. You can only use each effect of "Volcanic Tank" once per turn.

During your Main Phase: You can target 1 card your opponent controls; your opponent can either destroy the targeted card or take 1000 points of damage. During each of your End Phases: Inflict 1000 points of damage. You can only use each effect of "Volcanic Magma Queen" once per turn.

Must be Fusion Summoned by sending listed Fusion Materials you control to the GY (You do not use "Polymerization".) Gains 100 ATK and DEF for each FIRE Pyro monster in your GY. This card can attack every monster your opponent controls (one attack on each monster per Battle Phase). Each time this card attacks: Inflict 500 points of damage to your opponents LP. If this card is destroyed by an opponents card: Destroy all monsters on the field. You can only use this effect of "Volcanic Erupting Doomfire" once per turn.

Volcanic Blaze Accelerator
Continuous Spell Card
This card's name becomes "Tri-Blaze Accelerator" while it is on the field. During your Main Phase: You can discard 1 "Volcanic" monster from your hand, then, target 1 card on the field or in your opponents hand; destroy the targeted card, then, inflict 500 points of damage to your opponents LP. If this card is sent from the field to the GY: Special Summon 1 "Wild Fire Token" (Pyro/FIRE/Level 3/ATK 1000/DEF 1000). You can only use each effect of "Volcanic Blaze Accelerator" once per turn.

(This card is always treated as a "Blaze Accelerator" card.)
Equip to a FIRE Pyro monster. The equipped monster gains 500 ATK. At the start of the damage step, if the equipped monster battles an opponents monster: You can send 1 Level 3 or lower "Volcanic" monster from your Deck to the GY; this cards gains ATK equal to the monster sent to the GY by this effect during damage calculation only. You can only use this effect of "Volcanic Blaster" once per turn.

Volcanic Lava Flow
Spell Card
Activate this card while you control no monsters. Pay half your LP; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Volcanic" monster from your Deck. If a "Volcanic" monster(s) would be destroyed, you can banish this card from your GY instead.

I appreciate the Volcanic support, I've always found it to be a pretty cool burn archetype but it just didn't have enough cards to be a complete deck. That said, I have mixed feelings about these cards:

 

Volcanic Trooper - Volcanic Rocket already searches Blaze Accelerator cards, and I wouldn't want for this to completely replace Rocket so I would change it's search to only Volcanic cards. That way they have a Blaze Accelerator searcher and a Volcanic searcher, but not both in the same card. Also Rocket adds from deck or GY to hand, so this card should do the same, allowing you to also recover a Volcanic monster from GY if you need the ammo for Blaze Accelerator. The extra normal summon feels very out of place for a burn deck, I think you're better off removing this and to compensate increase the burn to 1500. The burn is great, Shell, Counter, and Scattershot aren't enough targets for Blaze Accelerator and this is a an amazing target.

Volcanic Tank - I appreciate what you were trying to do with this, but Blaze Accelerator does the same thing and it's not once per turn. Instead of Blaze Accelerator on wheels, I would make this card's effect burn without destroying. So something like this "You can send 1 Volcanic monster from your hand, field, or deck, inflict damage to your opponent equal to it's level x 250" and since it's treated as a Blaze Accelerator, you can still get a board wipe by sending Scattershot, or you can send a higher level Volcanic like Doomfire to burn for 2000.

Volcanic Magma Queen - This is great, I wouldn't change anything.

Volcanic Erupting Doomfire - The original Doomfire does 1000 damage for every monster destroyed by his effect, so he just feels strictly better than this "upgrade". This monster also has 3500 ATK, so the ATK boost feels unnecessary. Instead here's the effect I would give him: "When this card declares an attack, until the end of the damage step your opponent cannot activate cards or effects, also the effects of all monsters your opponent controls are negated. At the start of the damage step, banish all monsters your opponent controls and inflict 1000 damage to your opponent for each monster banished by this effect. If this card leaves the field, you can special summon "Volcanic Doomfire" to your side of the field." This is a strict upgrade to Doomfire while also keeping the theme consistent.

Volcanic Blaze Accelerator - This should not once per turn. None of the Blaze Accelerator cards are once per turn, so making this once per turn makes it worse than the other Blaze Accelerators. I would instead change it to destroy only from hand and remove the once per turn, so that it's effect is a little more different from the other Blaze Accelerators. Also the token thing is weird, Volcanics never cared about swarming so I would switch it out for a burn.

Volcanic Blaster - This card name already exists so you would have to change this. It's effect to increase ATK again feels out of place. Volcanics don't care about battle, as evident by the fact half their effects prevent you from attacking. The theme of Volcanics is that they burn your opponent instead of battling, the only battle effect that fits is Doomfire, because it burns. I think there's room for another "Blaze Accelerator" card, but I don't think an equip spell is what you want here.

Volcanic Lava Flow - Again, Volcanics don't care about swarming so I don't see why they would need this card. What Volcanics DO need is recovery, so this card can instead put Volcanics from your GY to hand or deck. This allows you to recycle your Scattershots for another board wipe or get some ammo into your hand.

 

One last Comment to make is that Volcanics need targets for Blaze Accelerator. Trooper was a good addition, Shell can keep reloading your hand, Scattershot can board wipe, Counter is a massive burn, but I feel like they could still use 1 more monster that acts as a Blaze Accelerator target.
