It's always fun to see different franchises and games cross over into one another. As for the card itself, it seems pretty powerful with its Level 12, WATER, and Dragon typing. The fact that it's a Synchro monster with a relatively easy summoning condition of 1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters also adds to its appeal.

Now, looking at the card's effects, the first effect limits both players to only attempting to activate 3 monster effects per turn, except for "Paradox", "Koraidon", and "Miraidon" Synchro or Link monster effects. This effect is definitely a double-edged sword, as it could limit the user's own monster effects as well. But it could be a useful tool to slow down the opponent's plays and force them to make tougher decisions.

Your Spot on with this your jsut the type of person in Yugioh I like also I coose not to make it a Level 8 but the strong effects are due to it being a higher and more powerful then Roaring Moon :)

I like these two cards! Also I agree with MasterZen, when they said that it's Nice seeing two diferente franchises cross over. It's why websites like this one are fun to be parte of, because they allow people to go crazy with their creativity!

Any who, I like more Iron Leaves than Walking Wave. Because it can be used on any other Decks that uses Link monsters and Cyberse, Machines or Thunder monsters. Decks like Code Talker, or Salamangreat would find this card beneficial for them (also @Ignister). Not to mention it's effect to limit both players to only Special Summon 3 monsters that are not Cyberse, Machine or Thunder, per turn, makes it more challenging to play. It's second effect, seems a bit unfair, unless the Spells and Traps you ser have simple effects and nothing too OP.
