After activation: activate 1 "Accel Speed Word" from your hand, Deck or GY in your opponents Field Spell Zone. While either of those cards remain on the field, neither player can activate or Set other Field Spells. During your Standby Phase: Place 1 Speed Counter on all "Accel Speed World" on the field. Once per turn: You can remove 4, 7, or 10 Speed Counters from your field to activate 1 of these effects; * 4: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your hand or GY. * 7: Draw 1 card and reveal it, then, if the revealed card is a monster: You can Special Summon it. * 10: Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck.
