I'll be honest, I can't see a strong use for this card.

Best case scenario for this card is if you are winning a duel and your opponent is in "topdeck mode". It also helps to activate this if your opponent enters battle phase to get rid of something annoying.

All that said... The card is just an odd hybrid of Ectoplasmer + Yata-Garasu.

The strongest/most dangerous thing about it is the Draw Phase lock. Unfortunately, by being a Trap, your opponent will still get to draw for their draw phase before you can activate this card, so you'll be the first one locked by the draw phase. If you wait to activate this on your turn, then you are essentially playing with 1 less card and you're giving the opponent plenty of opportunity to get rid of this.

It's a cool and flavorful card, but I wouldn't call it "broken" on its own.
