I think i worded this card a bit awkwardly (especially the pend effect)someone known how to word it better perhaps?

Basically its suposed to be like a semi floodgate for D/D since they use all ED methods and break the pendulum mechanic even more

to clarify the effects itself, the card enables you to pendulum summon twice per turn, and use the link arrows as if they were co-linked zones and summon from the ED using them (i forgot to correct it but the corner arrows should be on top).

the monster effect uses the fact that D/D use all sumoning mechanics (minus ritual) and makes a monarch floodgate
