LinktotheFuture
Another attempt at a possible floodgate. Anti-Spell Mist Continuous Trap Card Neither player's monsters can be targeted by Spell Cards, or destroyed by Spell Cards, unless that Spell Card has "Fog Counter" in its card text. Once per turn, during your opponent's End Phase or your Main Phase 2, you can activate 1 of the following effects: 1. If you control a monster; you can Special Summon 1 "Cloudian" monster with 1000 or less ATK from your Deck or Graveyard 2. If there are 3 or less Fog Counters on the field; you can place 1 Fog Counter on any monster on the field This card is my attempt at trying to create a fairer Imperial Order, with some added benefits for Cloudians. It still allows spells to negate and allows spell effects that blanket the entire field. I was debating whether to make this a Field Spell or a Continuous Trap, but went with a trap like Imperial Order was. We were also missing a Cloudian card that represented the mist weather condition, so I thought this would fill the void nicely. The artwork would be of the Anti-Spell Fragance being blown about the entire field by one of the Cloudians, probably Atlus.
LinktotheFuture
Hmmm, on second thought, that special summon effect might be able to be broken too easily. Maybe that should be if you control less than 2 monsters? Less than 3? Whichever could prevent Link abuse. Which would be better?

There is no problem here, except that you need to consider a soft once per turn restraint or similar. This is not game-breaking. Links already have a bunch of ways to spam summons without being overly broken. Those summons will not stockpile on top of this card. Cloudian support is appreciated. Good to know. I was pretty sure it would be fine, but it never it hurts to be careful with Special Summon effects that can be activated every turn. And you're welcome. :)
