Hi there
I love the idea of taking old Ritual monsters that are objectively bad, either due to their score or they lack of effects, but I fail to see the idea behing all of them. While your cards seem to be an archetype, they feel pretty disconnected. On my opinion that aren't really combos or synergies but just some effects that are so good that they can allow you to work with the other cards easily.

In particular I'm concerned about the Spells that have a continuous effect while they are in the GY: isn't it a bit too cheesy? There are plenty of cards to deal with Spell/Trap on the field but not many interactions to deal with cards in your opponent's GY. Still, it wouldn't be a big problem if their effect wasn't that good too: rituals can't be destroyed, your opponent's special summoned monsters effects are negated... you can easily brake an entire board just by sending 1 Spell to the GY and you could just discard that card, meaning that even if your opponent negates its effect when you play it, the broken part would still be there. And even if you negate the card in the GY...the card would still be in the GY so...I don't know how that would work.

Another concern of mine is on "The Masked Beast": put a limit activation on its effect or you could just deck out your opponent in 1 turn. "Send 2 cards from the top of their Deck for each Ritual monster on the field each time they take damage", let's do some math: say you have 3 Ritual monsters on the field and each of them is able to deal damage by battle to your opponent: that'18 cards sent to the GY in one turn! With 5 Ritual monsters dealing damage it goes up to 50 cards!
Most importantly you could abuse this effect with some burn effects to direcly deal damage to your enemy outside the Battle Phase.

I really like the idea and I'm willing to give you a different version of some cards or a more detailed personal review and suggestion on each card, just let me know if you are interested. Other than that, keep up with the good work, you clearly spent a lot of time to write so many cards!

I'd love to have personalized feedback like this! In the meantime, I'll go back and edit a couple of things. I'll let you know when I finished.

The idea was that they revolved around banishing/having banished ritual monsters.

I thought a lot about this archetype and here is what I suggest

An healthy, fun and easy to build archetype will you usually involves 2 kinds of cards:

Low level monsters that work as engine

High level monsters that are your “win condition”, your objective

I started working with that in mind and following the idea of working on banished ritual monsters (and apparently not playing non-ritual monsters); for flavour I would also add a sub-theme of banish-milling both player decks (this would work as a set-up for your cards while disrupting your opponent). This is what I came up with:

Low level monsters that can be easily ritual summoned with tributing almost anything; once summoned they add/search/recover either ritual spells or monsters; if sent to the GY they are automatically banished instead.

Ritual spells that would normally only be able to ritual summon those low level monsters. If these spell cards are banished from the GY they have additional effects to either disrupt the enemy or give you more card advantage.

Medium level monsters that can banish cards from the either player’s GY or top Deck. These cards will complete the set up for your big boys while having good synergy with all the other cards.

High level monsters: they can be ritual summoned only by shuffling back to the Deck both monsters and ritual spells that are banished. These boys have juicy stats and strong effects.

Examples

Low level monster n.1

Level 2 or 4

You can Ritual Summon this card using a "Reviled Ritual" card's effect, OR using any Ritual Spell while tributing only Ritual Monsters. If this card is Ritual Summoned: send any number of Ritual Monsters or Ritual Spells from your Deck to the GY, up to the number of Ritual Monsters you control. If this card is sent to the GY: banish it instead.

Low level monster n.2

Level 4 or 6

You can Ritual Summon this card using a "Reviled Ritual" card's effect, OR using any Ritual Spell while tributing only Ritual Monsters. If this card is Ritual Summoned: you can add 1 Ritual Monster and 1 Ritual Spell from your Deck to your hand. You can reduce this card's level by 2 while in your hand. If this card is sent to the GY: banish it instead.

Ritual Spell n.1

This card can be used to Ritual Summon any Ritual Monster from your hand or GY, but you must Ritual Summon monsters whose Level is 4 or lower. If this card in your GY is banished: target 1 card in your opponent's hand, field or GY; banish that target.

Ritual Spell n.2

This card can be used to Ritual Summon any Ritual Monster from your hand or GY, but you must Ritual Summon monsters whose Level is 4 or lower. If this card in your GY is banished: you can banish 2 cards from the top of either player's Deck face-up.

Ritual Spell n.3

This card can be used to Ritual Summon any Ritual Monster from your hand or GY, but you must Ritual Summon monsters whose Level is 4 or lower. If you Ritual Summoned a monster using this card: all face-up Ritual monsters you control gains 100 ATK for each card currently banished card. During the End Phase, if this card was banished this turn: you can add this card to your hand.

Medium level monster

Level 6

You can Ritual Summon this card using a "Reviled Ritual" card's effect, OR using any Ritual Spell while tributing only Ritual Monsters. You can reduce this card's level by 2 while in your hand. If this card is Ritual Summoned: take 1 banished Ritual Monster and add it to your hand. Once per turn: banish 1 card in either player’s GY. You can banish this card from your hand or field: add up to 2 Ritual Spells with different names from your Deck to your hand.

Medium level monster

Level 6

You can Ritual Summon this card using a "Reviled Ritual" card's effect, OR using any Ritual Spell while tributing only Ritual Monsters. You can reduce this card's level by 2 while in your hand. If this card is Ritual Summoned: take up to 2 banished Ritual Monster and add them to your hand. Once per turn: you can banish this face-up card or 1 Ritual Spell in your GY: add Ritual Monsters from your Deck to your hand whose total Level is equal or lower this card's original Level.

High level monster

Level 8 or 10

You can Ritual Summon this card only by returning 1 "Reviled Ritual" Spell that is banished face-up to your Deck and you must also return to your Deck banished Ritual Monsters whose total Level is equal or higher this card's original Level (this is considered a Ritual Summon). Negate the effects of all Special Summoned monsters, unless they are Ritual Monsters. Once per tun (Quick Effect): if your opponent loses Lifepoints; banish 5 cards from the top of either player's Deck face-up.

Edit: some mispelled words
Edit 2: corrected the text of the ritual spells
