Rayfield Lumina
Reindeer Mochicat Level LIGHT Beast / Normal A peasant Mochicat that always dreamed of soaring the skies along Santa's Reindeers. It sold all it had to be able to get to North Pole, where he underwent the most cruel and despicable training at the hands of the evil entity known as Noel. Only the cat's sheer force of will kept it alive. In a twist of fate, moments after discovering Noel had been toying with it, Santa was arrested, and the other reindeers made its dream true. Today, this Mochicat flies... it flies next to Rudolph. ATK 1200 / DEF 300 Just a silly card to commemorate Christmas n.n

Sleepy
What the heck is wrong with that flavor text lol. A Level 2 vanilla has a max ATK of 1500 you can get away with, and a DEF of about 2100 (though I think you can easily do 2200 and nobody would bat an eye). I'm not saying you need to use these or that they are even suggestions, it's just some trivia but 1200 is a pretty respectable amount. Level 2 LIGHT Beasts are overall a pretty good combination. You can Rescue Cat/Rabbit/Ferret it, mix it with Melfy, with Mystical Beasts of the Forest, with Ojamas (if it had good DEF at least) and it won't be an issue. Or you can dump it into a World Chalice engine as the angular stone vanilla that WC Lee and WC Guardragon revolve around (for purely festive purposes). It is a pretty great combination. Yep yep, you pretty much taught me Level 2 is the best Level Beasts can have for the maximum support purpose. I've been wondering if there are other levels that could be considered somewhat optimal for other typings. Like, perhaps if you're making a Fish Level 3 due to the Shark gimmicks. What do you think? Other examples?

Other examples? Splights are Link/Rank 2, Spriggans are Rank 4/8 from the Albaz storyline xD I think the more prominent samples have been given. I guess there's other traits like the 500 or less ATK for machine dupe, or the 200 DEF for FIRE monsters because Rekindling/Firedog, or Legendary Ocean causing WATER old school cards to edge on the lower end of their Tribute Summon count stage (Level 5s that can become 4s, or Level 7s that can become 6s to take one less Tribute). Dragon's like.... a lot of Levels. 7 (Dragon Rulers/Red-Eyes), 8 (Blue-Eyes/Galaxy-Eyes/Felgrand), 5 (hyeratic/Gaia/Armed Dragon), 6 (Hyeratic).... This is more or less the case in general. Having specific traits is an under-explored thing because the game focuses on archetype support whenever given the chance to otherwise do something like this.
