Pendulum Effect:
You can treat Monster Zones this card points to as Extra Monster Zones. You can target 1 card with a different name in a Pendulum Zone; you can have both the target and this card decrease their scale by the the same amount, until the End Phase. If this card's scale is 0: You can Special Summon it.
Monster Effect:
If you can Pendulum Summon Level 8, this card can be Pendulum Summoned. If this card leaves the field from a Monster Zone: You can place it in an unoccupied Pendulum Zone. If you Special Summon a monster(s) so that now 2 Link arrows point to an unoccupied Pendulum Zone: You can place this face-up card from your Extra Deck into the Pendulum Zone.

NOTES:
It is a Scale 11 because it is a mascot for Windows 11 xD
It can ensure the other scale becomes even a scale 0 if you need to, but she shrinks accordingly. Also, if you lose that other scale and still can afford to activate a new one, you can repeat the shrinking process in the same turn, which is the way she can go down to a scale 0 and get Summoned (in case you were wondering)

Monster Effects (and to an extent Pendulum Effects too) mostly are about putting this card on the field (as monster or as scale)..... other than that this card is just "protagonist stats" of 2500 customary ATK xD

Well.... she DOES open up Zones so you can go back to "Pendulum Summon 5 from Extra Deck" (you also have a 3 arrows down Link in the Extra Zone to pair up with this scale on the opposite side of the field).... but I'd say 8 materials should allow you to do that lol

What could have happened during the last jumpfest guess they really don't want to release link spells

pendulum summon with whatever scales you want then summon a 2500 beater I'd say pretty good
