If your opponent accepts the handshake; both players shuffle all cards they own into their respective Decks and reset their LP to 8000, then draw 5 new cards. That was kinda the idea of the card. Like imagine you're about to lose then you activate this and pretty much reset the duel. Although, I forgot to add something. I'll worry about it later.
