Players can only activate Spell or Trap effects from their hand up to the number of cards they've set this turn. Set cards cannot activate their effects during the turn they are set, and cards set while this card was face-up cannot activate their effects this turn even if this card leaves the field. The first time each turn a player Special Summons a monster(s): Change that monster(s) to face-down Defense Position, and that card(s)'s effect is negated and cannot be activated in the same chain as this card's effect. - - - - - Escentially, everything you do, you have to set something down in exchange. -Flips Special Summoned welcome it. -You can set everything for 1 turn and let it sit and after that the card won't restrict your "from field" backrow that paid its time. They'd be more vulnerable though -Weird repercution but: Card can seal Impermanence (so can Iblee which is easier to setup but hey, this is still an option). The Rokket/Dragon Link deck today uses two field spells already. Revolve Boot Sector and Dragon Ravine. This field spell means they would lose the effects or slots of one or other. I think ghostricks would love this even though they are archtypically field spell heavy, Subterror, I think the only real contender is Eldlich Zombie link, or Traptrix?
