I don't really use Steam but I felt like entering the contest for the fun of it:

 

Sparkling Ebon Magician Curran
Level 4 DARK [ Spellcaster / Fusion / Effect ] 1200/0
"Ebon Magician Curran" + 1 LIGHT monster
If this card is sent to the GY: You can Special Summon 1 "Ebon Magician Curran" from your hand, Deck, or GY. While this card is face-up on the field, all monsters your opponent controls lose ATK and DEF equal to the total damage your opponent's LP that "Ebon Magician Curran" has inflicted while this card has been on the field. The effects of monsters your opponent controls with less ATK than this Fusion Summoned card are negated.

Card can be brought out via "Instant Fusion" as an option, and even if it is sent directly from the Extra Deck to the GY, it'll help you get the original Curran on board  fairly quickly. 
From there, it is somewhat tricky to achieve Curran's burn effect in this day and age but if you succeed, this card will forever be negating and weakening the opponent's monsters harder and harder every time. 

The LIGHT material I got from the art I chose but thinking about it, since the Deck would already be running something like Ojama Trio you could even go Super Poly xD

Monster Effect:

2 Spellcaster monsters, including at least 1 "Curran" monster
If this card is Link Summoned: You can target 1 banished "Ebon Magician Curran" or 1 "Ebon Magician" monster; Special Summon it, and if you do, equip it with 1 "Trial of the Princesses" Equip Spell from your Deck or GY. If 1 or more DARK Spellcaster monsters are Special Summoned to the Monster Zones this card points to: You can destroy up to 2 cards on your opponent's field and/or hand for each one. When a card or effect is activated (Quick Effect): You can send 1 banished Spellcaster monster to your GY; destroy the card activated. During the End Phase: You can banish this card in your GY; Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster that mentions "Ebon Magician Curran" as material from your Extra Deck. You can only use each effect of "Ebon Virtual Magician Princess Curran" once per turn.
