Daothmir Anorak
In the distance, you can hear the clanging of thousands of swords. But, last time you checked, nobody was supposed to be out here. Before your eyes, there was the legendary BLADED DRAGON, adorned in thousands of sharp scales. The Bladed Dragon Archetype revolves around Scale counters, and having ways to put lots of them on the field, then subsequently damaging the opponent for however many counters there are, which is done mainly by combat, such as the main monster, Alson, The Bladed Dragon. Alson, The Bladed Dragon Level 8/EARTH/Dragon/Effect You can remove 8 Scale counters from cards on the field, special summon this card from your hand. If this card is sent to the GY, you can remove 5 Scale Counters from cards on the field, return this card to your hand. When this card attacks, you may place a scale counter on the opponent's monster, and if you do, this card does no battle damage. ATK/3200 DEF/1700 There's also the Horde, which consists of Alson's Lost Scales. Horde of the Bladed Dragon Spell/Continuous Whenever a Scale Counter would be placed on a card, place it on this card instead. During your opponent's End Phase, deal 50 damage to them for each scale counter on this card. They can also Fuse with the Wyvern-Busters to make powerful fusion monsters, such as Almuir, Incarnate Of The Bladed Dragon! Alamuir, Incarnate Of The Bladed Dragon Level 6/EARTH/Warrrior/Fusion/Effect "Alson, the Bladed Dragon" + 1 LIGHT Warrior monster This card is also treated as a Dragon-type monster. Whenever this card attacks, place a Scale counter on a target card. Once per turn, you can remove 2 Scale counters from a card, and target 1 monster your opponent controls, destroy it. During the End Phase, deal 50 damage to your opponent for the number of Scale counters on continuous spells you control. ATK/2000 DEF/3000 (I'll get the rest of the cards and support for these ones done later, and i'll eventually throw them and some of the Wyvern Busters on here. In short, they Wyvern Busters are Level 4 Light/Warrior monsters who gain effects if there's another one of them on the field.) The Whole design inspiration for this was Seregios from the Monster Hunter series, and his Bleed-causing scales that the shoots. Let me know what you guys think!
