Did you draw this yourself? Nicely done n.n

Let's see... the card has some issues. Firstly, Synchro Monsters start their effect by listing their material requirements. The most generic of such:

1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters

And well, you demand to know if it's good, but that's hard to tell given that we don't know how strong BRIGHT-BLAZE monsters are and what they're capable to do. The effect of Special Summoning from Deck at the time of summoning is often a strong one, though. As for the PSCT  (Problem-Solving Card Text) of the card, or what you can call the correct way of redacting the effects:

Cannot be targeted by Spell/Trap effects. If this card is Summoned: Special Summon 1 "BRIGHT-BLAZE" monster from your hand or Deck. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of that monster.

So, if we consider the Special Summon effect and that immunity to Spell/Trap targeting plus that burn effect, I'd say we're talking about a rather strong card, but it can be somewhat balanced if you make the materials required archetype-specific, and not generic as the example at the start.

when this card is summoned: special summon one Bright-Blaze monster from your hand or deck. When this monster declares an attack; deal damage to your opponent equal to the original attack of the monster this card is battling. This card is unaffected by spell/trap effects.

I think all grammar is fixed with this I personally think it's pretty good
