lmao, well, these are not that bad for someone drunk.

Just a few pointers: Avoid saying "search". When you use that kind of effects, rather redact it as

Add 1 "Nee-chan" monster from your Deck to your hand.

Also avoid the "to", as in, pay 500 LP to do X. Use colons and semicolons correctly.

If this card is destroyed by battle: You can pay 500 LP; Special Summon 1 Level 4 "Nee-Chan" monster from your hand.

Also remember to use once per turn clauses or this gets messy. For instance, in Nee-Chan Flare, since it doesn't have a OPT or HOPT, your could reactivate the burn effect a million times and win with it only

Once per turn, during your End Phase, if this card is in face-up Defense Position: You can inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of monsters they control x 300.

this above is an OPT, also known as SOPT (Soft once per turn clause).

During your End Phase, if this card is in face-up Defense Position: You can inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of monsters they control x 300. You can only use this effect of "Nee-chan Flare the Mischievous Imp" once per turn.

this above is a HOPT, and will prevent you from using that effect again in the turn with copies of the card or regardless of what you do. As for this particular effect, given its power, a SOFT is better, imo.
