Constructive Crits only The last 2, graceful charity and card of sanctity? Both of them are insanely strong, Even if Faust only had their first effect and Ingram had only their second or third effect they would probably be banned today. The first 2 spells are perfect. Valley- Co-Linked monsters you control gain 1000 ATK. If you control 2 or more "of the Fallen" Link monsters, they inflict piercing battle damage. If your opponent takes battle damage from your "of The Fallen" monster Special Summoned from the extra deck: You can add a "of the Fallen" card from your GY to your hand. Once per turn if an "of the Fallen" card would leave the field by an opponent's card: You can set it instead. Faust- If a card(s) is discarded while you control this card: banish it. If this card is Tributed for the summon of an "of The Fallen" monster: add all cards banished by this cards effect to their owner's hand. (Really changes the intent, but this is a hard effect to balance) Ingram-If this card is used for the Fusion Summon of an "of the Fallen" monster: Draw until you have 3 cards in your hand and take 1000 damage for each card drawn. You can only use the effect of "Tribe of the Fallen-Ingram" once per turn. (Might be able to get away with a little more than this, but this is already very playable as you can dump him, fuse him, draw 3 which is absurdly difficult modern day +2 in card advantage).
