Target 1 Dragon monster you own that is banished; Special Summon it to your field, and if your opponent controls a monster, you can excavate 6 cards from your Deck, and add up to 2 excavated "Rokket" monsters to your hand. This card's name is inspired by someone misstating the name of Squib Draw when they attempted to target the card in my GY. It also mildly emulates the 2nd effect of Revolve Boot Sector from the anime, which was never used in the show, and was changed in the real card game.
