Techno Archetype (Vol. 3)

Hello, in case you haven't seen my few other posts, This is another installment in an archetype I have been making. The main summoning type of this Xyz summoning and the main gimmick/idea of this archetype is a sort of cyberse type reimagining of the Number archetype and other notable Xyz monsters (Dubbed "Number T" or "TXyz" monsters similar to the naming schemes of Chaos Xyz and Shining Xyz monsters) . As for the main focus in this installment I wanted to take a step back and actually put some main deck support in for my archetype. As always any questions and criticism are welcomed : ).

Effect: When this card is normal or special summoned you may summon one level 4 or lower cyberse type monster from you hand. If used for the Xyz summon of a "Number T" or "TXyz" monster you may treat this monster as level 4 or lower

Effect: During either players turn when your opponents card effect would target or destroy one of your "Number T" or  "TXyz" monsters (quick effect) you can discard this card: negate and destroy that card.
You can banish this card from the GY: Special summon one "Number T" monster or one "Technological Vassal- Ryan" from your GY
You can only use one effect of "Technological Vassal- Shark" per turn.
