I did not create any of the card art found in my cards.

Also, Netrep.net created(?) the "Image Not Available" pic. I'm just using it.

"Elemental Hero Lumenia" + "Elemental Hero Burstinatrix"

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 monster on the field and inflict 500 damage to the card's controller. During your opponent's Standby Phase, the removed monster is returned to the owner's side of the field in the same battle position as when they were removed from play.

This card can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon. While you control this face-up monster, your opponent's monsters lose 500 ATK. This card gains 100 ATK for each "Neo-Spacian" monster in your Graveyard. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, declare 1 card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap). Your opponent discards all cards of that type from his/her hand.

"Elemental Hero Avian" + "Elemental Hero Sparkman"

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. During either player's turn, you can send 1 "Elemental Hero" monster from your hand to the Graveyard. Until the End Phase, the maximum amount of Battle Damage you take from a battle involving an opponent's monster is equal to the ATK of the sent monster.

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. While you control this face-up card, your opponent's monsters are switched to Defense Position during his/her Standby Phase. If this card destroys a monster and sends it to the Graveyard by battle, you can add 1 "Elemental Hero" monster in your Graveyard to your hand.

Effect: While you control a "Cyber Dragon" on the field, destroy 1 monster on the field.

EDIT: ^Text updated to:

Effect: While you control a face-up "Cyber Dragon", destroy 1 monster on the field.

 

Evolution Burst (DT01-JP045[?])

Normal Spell

Effect: Activate only while you control a face-up "Cyber Dragon". Destroy 1 card your opponent controls. "Cyber Dragon" cannot attack during this turn.

.... .... ...! And I guess I should get rid of the "on the field" part, since being "face-up" insinuates(sp?) being on the field.
