The fact that you're mentioning that is that you're probably aware the card is overpowered, so let's see... Everything went ok-ish until the "If this card destroys a monster by battle, etc... I believe there's absolutely no way an effect like that would be allowed in the real game, just 1 little card destroyed and it's absolute clean of your opponent's field AND all copies they have, AND inflict 900 damage each? Like... just no xD. Then the final effect is one of those things that make any YGO player desperate, the classic "I banish one thing from field or GY and it survives", but not only that, it becomes twice as strong and all of opponent's monsters become meat ready to be devoured. This kind of effecr, ngl, drives me a bit crazy, because creators believe banishing 1 little thing from the GY is enough to balance an effect of such power, and it's not, specially mid-game when you already have 10 or 12 monsters in the GY and it becomes impossible to get rid of the thing. If that effect is going to be kept, it should cost at least 2 or even 3 banish, then you can let it gain 1000 ATK if you wish, but not double, and forget about the opponent's monster's halving. The other effect, I'd go as far as nerfing it to the point it only banishes a single target and it's copies. Now, I understand this is a power up of Malefic and since it has a "Destroy all opponent's" mobs effects you can upgrade it to banish... then only banish the monsters, and no copies touched. Loleo Posted October 6, 2022 Report Share Posted October 6, 2022 I would agree that the last 2 effects are a little too much. just make it all copies of that card and 900 is an awkward number so 1000 points of burn for each. For the last effect make it only if it were to be destroyed by battle and you have to banish the card from your hand or field instead of field or GY and no doubling. Its summoning mechanic doesn't work because "Malefic World" only adds to hand so it should be able to be Special Summoned if added to your hand or banished by the effect of a "Malefic" card. I think this card also needs to be unaffected by other cards you control because it has anti-synergy with one of their continuous spells and you shouldn't be able to cheat the ATK boost. Speaking of which after all these other changes I think you can boost that to 200 per card or 300 per Malefic specifically Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
