Once per turn, if this card is targeted for an attack, you can target one other "Magician Girl" monster you control, and an opponent's monster; return those targets to the hand.

If your opponent Special Summons a monster, and this card is on your field or in your GY, you can banish this card and one other "Magician Girl" in your GY; negate the Special Summon. This card must be on your field or in your GY at resolution to resolve this effect.

On the turn this card is Normal Summoned, you can activate this effect: You can also conduct a Tribute Summon of a Level 6 monster with 2000 ATK this turn. You can only gain this effect once per turn.

(An issue with this card I can't seem to rectify is that there is a Magician Girl for every level up to 6, and all six attributes are already covered too. This card interrupts the theme, but is at Level 3 for now, due to 2&4 having more relevance in the game.)

If this card is Normal Summoned: You can conduct a Tribute Summon of a Level 6 monster with 2000 ATK in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. You can only gain this effect once per turn. [Wish it was just generically a spellcaster or a "Magician" monster]

If your opponent Special Summons a monster: You can banish this card and another "Magician Girl" from you field or GY: negate the Special Summon; negate the Special Summon. This card must be on your field or in your GY at resolution to resolve this effect. [wish this Magician Girl just kept up the bounce mechanic and sent 1 from field to GY to bounce a SS monster] 

Once per turn, if this card is targeted for an attack: You can target one other "Magician Girl" monster you control and an opponent's monster; return those targets to the hand.

 

Now all they need is a fusion monster that can deal with banished cards and force attacks.

The issue with saying "Magician" is that the Spellcaster monsters corresponding to the Yu-boys Dimensional Dragons would all be affected, along with a host of Yuya's other cards. This is nightmare in English, as in the original card texts, these are do not have the same "Magician" word used in Yugi's Dark Magician.
