I don't think the first one is! Maybe the second one is buffed but I don't think it is TOO BUFFED...

Hi, I just randomly stepped into this post and I want to say: the second one is a little bit OP since drawing a card each time you Fusion, Synchro or Link Summon (why not Xyz tho) is very strong but the requirement balances it out I think. However it's literally unremovable if not by banishing it. Which brings us to the problem the first card has: it is a non-once-per-turn effect, which means I can do that potentially 3 times in a turn if I am able to search Artificial Mind in some way, having 3 monsters which are basically unremovable if not by battle, and the Equip Card which grants such protection is also hard to remove. You could balance the card without changing its effect too much by requiring it to first be Normal Summoned in order to activate its effect. In this way you can still have the overpowered effect but with very strict requirements (having Normal Summoned the card first, and then use it as material with a non-Machine monster) and at the same time avoid the over-abuse of it. I don't know why I even replied to this in the first place, but I like the idea of those cards. Have a good day sir!

Edit: I just noticed Artificial Mind's effect is an "optional when", basically you wrote "when [something happens] you can", which means It can miss timing if something else happens after the condition is triggered. Unfortunately, it being used as a material for an Extra Deck summon will inevitably trigger another event: the summoning of the Extra Deck monster, which means Artificial Mind always misses timing. If that's supposed to miss timing to be balanced out, you should have it worded as "When you Fusion, Synchro or Link Summon a monster from the Extra Deck using this card as material for the Summon while all other materials are non-Machine type monsters...". This way, the trigger is the Extra Deck Summon and not the card being used as material.

Too buffed!!!

More hated than the "Mine of the Mighty" of Loleo.

Haha I remember that card... I've been summoned (that was a joke card I made a while back). Context:

Both of these points are great, and I would say the same. For the second card, I do think the drawing potential is a little too powerful. I believe it would be more reasonable if it only triggered once per turn per type of summon.

The ways these cards protect themselves make it to where, especially with artificial mind you can set up a towers on a normally glass cannon creature which can be devastating. I normally don't really enjoy cards with this level of security because I feel they may be too consistent or absolute, but I'd be willing to at least see it play tested before making those calls.
