Loleo
Equal Burden of the Mighty Continuous Trap All monsters lose 200 ATK/DEF times their level/rank/link rating. If this set card is destroyed: draw 1 card. If this face-up card leaves the field by an opponent's card effect while both players control a monster with a level and your opponent controls the monster with the highest level: You can add monsters from your deck to your hand whose total levels is equal to the difference between the highest-level monster each player controls, then discard 2 cards. I think I just made a non-broken card able to go +8. 12-1 (difference in levels) = 11 - 1 (self) = 10 -2 (discards) = 8. In a deck of level 1s. Spright could play this and potentially go +2 with just level 2s (12-2 (difference in levels)= 10/2 (divide by added monsters levels) =5 - 1 (self) = 4-2 (discards) = +2 Lyrilusk would LOVE this. combos well with sphere mode and Kaijus. Pommelo
Humm, oh my, dangerous, but very tricky. I'm unsure about its capability to be a win almost yes or yes as long as you fulfill the "both monsters with a level and opponent with the highest" part. Face-down, draw, face-up + fulfill, draaaaw. It's a good thing that the last effect is non-mandatory, because the discarding part would have screwed you bad in certain scenarios... Agh, honestly it's hard to tell if it's balanced or not. Kinda thinking how most +0 cards with its core function being draw have a disadvantageous effect (e.g., Upstart = +1000 opponent LP, Duality = no SS, etc) but this card doesn't, UNLESS you count how passive the face-up effect is, then again, there are many archetypes that like to pop-up their own cards. The most dangerous part is the last effect, of course, which as you said work nicely in tandem with Ball Ra and the Kaijus, then I'm thinking of weird stuff that involves Nibiru or Tragoedia, specially the latter, which can turn itself Lv 1 in certain Decks for the full lol. So yeah, I just digressed a lot and didn't reach a valid conclusion, haha, I just know the card is rather interesting
