You can only use this effect of "Photon Numeral Hunter" once per turn. This card, also, Xyz monsters attached with this card as Xyz material are unaffected by the effects of other "Number" Xyz monsters. This helps because Photon's support from the newest booster set is moderately underwhelming. That and Numeral Hunter was a bad Secret Rare that now shines.
