Level 8 WATER Zombie Synchro Effect Monster
ATK 2500
DEF 2000
Materials: 1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monster
You can only use the 2nd and 3rd effects of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) Negate any activated effects of your opponent's monsters that has 0 ATK or DEF.
(2) When a card effect is activated in your opponent's GY (Quick Effect): You can negate that effect, and if you do, banish that card, also this card gains 500 ATK/DEF, until the end of the next turn. 
(3) If a monster(s) is Special Summoned from the GY(s): You can banish those monsters, and if you do, until the end of this turn, your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters from the GY.

ATK 3000
DEF 3000
Materials: 1 WATER Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner WATER monsters
You can only use the 2nd and 3rd effects of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) While this card is in Defense Position, WATER monsters you control are unaffected by your opponent's activated card effects, except effects that target them, also they cannot be Tributed by your opponent.
(2) If a card(s) is banished or this card is banished (except during the Damage Step): You can banish all Spells/Traps each from your opponent's field and GY.
(3) During the End Phase if this card on the field was banished face-up this turn: You can Special Summon this card.

Level 8 WATER Aqua Synchro Effect Monster
ATK 3000
DEF 2500
Materials: 1 WATER Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner WATER monsters
You can only use the 2nd and 3rd effects of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) During each End Phase, if your opponent controls any face-up Spells/Traps your opponent must banish 1 face-down.
(2) During the Main Phase 1, if your opponent activates a card or effect and resolves it (except during the Damage Step): You can banish all monsters your opponent controls, until the Standby Phase of the next turn.
(3) If this Synchro Summoned card in its owner's control leaves the field because of an opponent's card: You can Special Summon 1 WATER Synchro Monster with less then 3000 ATK from your Extra Deck. (This is treated as a Synchro Summon.)

With generic materials any of these effects would make this monster balanced, I would reccomend saving the first effect for a different monster and getting rid of the negate on the second effect but also not making it OPT. That still seems like a huge beat stick and a GY lock on a generic synchro (with some weird ways to banish your opponent's GY with the third effect by summoning their monsters. You might be able to get away with the 2 and 3 effects as is... but it is basically a large 1-sided necrovalley which is poweful.

This... hurts me to say it but it... might be ok? The first effect gives your waters underworld goddess protection and the 3rd effect specifies from the field. I'll give this a pass as peak meta.

I wish this did a little less of everything, 1st Cap out to 1 S/T.  2nd Specificaly during either player's MP1. 3rd Smaller monster and drop the dark ruller portion.

OMG, it's quite OP'ed. The first effect screams I HATE YOU loli handtraps! Also Effect Veiler and Droll, etc xD. Then we got that exquisite necrovalley effect which funnily enough can be activated by your own banishing. In contrast with Loleo, I give the second effect a pass, but would rather see the third effect weaker. And talking about weaker, the 1st effect is just brutal in the current meta.

Ugh, one banish and you can get rid of every Spell in our opponent's field and GY? How is that fair T_T Can you make it, IDK, 2 targets banished instead. Max. 1 from field and 2 from GY, perhaps 3. The rest of the effects are good, but the 3rd is a bit concerning.

- Progenitor Dragon

You're into banishing lately, huh? I'd just get rid of 1 face-up Spell/Trap per turn, not the whole bunch x_x. The 3rd effect might be able to salvage itself if it can only be used during the opponent's turn, and the floaty effect would be more balanced if the replacement wasn't as strong AND that hell of a costume of negating everything didn't exist. Actually, I'm more or less suggestion the same as Loleo, now that I read him again lol.

So I remove the Dark Ruler no more effect on the float okay and 2 I got into banishing because of Mystic Mine you can't destroy it but it can be banished Mystic Mine even won worlds.

 

Edit: I'll try to edit the cards over the weekend this week has also been kinda hard for me but its something we shouldn't talk about.

Ah, right, I forgot about 80% of your design lines have to do with Handtraps AND Mystic mine lol. Anywho, happy to see you'll make some changes. I'm unsure if what you propose will suffice, but it's a start.

Also, if something is troubling you because of IRL, you can DM me and we can talk about it

I will be romoving any negates from the effect of the 3rs synhro idk about the other 2 but I will nerf the 3rd one its okay I'll DM if I need help with the first 2 Synchros above the 3rd one

@Rayfield Lumina @The Nyx Avatar @Loleo I fixed the 3rd Synchro but If you have any ideas how to nerf the other 2 in a way that doesn't make it seem to harsh I would be welling to hear also I don;t know how to Nerf the the other 2 but I will allow @Rayfield Lumina cause I really need your help Ray with these 2 cards and with these cards PSCT still not perfet with PSCT.

Your PSCT is good, as I always say, the problem is that you always use the JP format of of (1)(2) etc. in the card description but it's well phrased in the picture of the card, so I've never understood why is that xD. 

For Zeroth's effect, as previously mentioned, banishing all of your opponent's field and GY because you happened to banish something (or your opponent, for that matter). Imo it should be able to banish 1 card on field and 2 or 3 from opponent's GY instead. If he 3rd effect becomes passive and only applies if the opponent banishes it, would be nice complementary nerf, though probably not as needed as the first suggestion.

Zoroark is so broken xD... First effect should force you to discard each time your opponent activates the monster's effect, dude, you can just one sided negate most of your opponent's hand traps, that's sick.Second effect is ok if you remove the banishing part.Third effect also with a respectable cost and forget about the "and cannot SS from GY for the rest of the turn". That's my take, at least
