If this card is activated or sent to the GY: You can send 1 "Eternal Being" card from your deck to your GY. You can shuffle 2 banished "Eternal Being" cards into your deck; Draw a card. If a level/rank 10 monster Special Summoned from the extra deck is sent to the GY by an opponent's card: You can Ritual Summon 1 level 10 ritual monster from your hand or GY, you must also tribute 1 ritual monster with the same level from your hand or field. This card can be treated as a level 10 ritual monster for the sake of acting as a tribute for the ritual summon of an "Eternal Being" monster. You can only use 1 effect of "Eternal Being's Realm" each turn.

Interesting, not the direction I would have gone in, but does have uses, and does give them a way to return anything banished. It's odd to have someone make support for one of my archetypes haha that's never happened before I don't think.
