Alexander Luz
I started creating a new Archetype focused on using banished cards as if they were in the GY so they could use GY floodgates without affecting them but also mitigating generic support cards that exist for the GY but not for banished cards. It also uses ritual monsters so the floodgates dont become to broken. Am also planning to add synchro monsters. The spells in this deck also use Earth Counters they work like Spell counters but i didnt want to give them generic support. I do want this deck to be powerful if it was in the tcg and would be atleast a rogue deck but i dont know exactly if i set the bar to low or high. Allowing a tribute summon from banishment is pretty cool and not broken (as we already have it from deck) I would probably take off the make the card a quick effect effect portion. I would just make the first effect alone, also allow target a "Terrential" Ritual monster, and change the second effect to give your Terrential Ritual monsters some form of protection. If this card is banished: You can Special Summon it during the end phase. If this card is Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Carnivore Feast" from your deck to your hand. Would probably make this a higher level (probably 8) (adjusting the stats appropriately) and just make each effect a HOPT. should be level 5 with higher stats. ...card effect: You can Special Summon this card, and if you do,... You can shuffle 3 "Torrential" cards in your GY back into your deck; add 1 "Terrential" Spell from your deck to your hand. (the targeting ritual monsters part is OP and can make this into a powerful engine) you return from banished to GY not send, instead of "and if you do" you just need a ;, You probably don't need the can't be targeted by spells restriction. don't need to return opponent's banished cards for either effect, and second effect can't "banish to your side of the field". Should be named "Terrential Feast" If your opponent activates a card or effect from their hand: You can banish the top 2 cards of your deck face up, then you can add 1 banished "Terrential" card to your hand. I don't think any card here needs to use counters (and they just convolute the strategy) These cards should just be "Beast" that are EARTH attribute Needs 1 more low-level monster and at least 1 boss ritual monster (Prob level 8/9) that does something BIG more info in quotes Right now this is just an engine with no end result. You cycle through your deck and put a lot of monsters that do nothing on board. Is the idea "Gren Maju?" "Halq to Access code turbo?" what is the plan? This feels like worse impcantations or Drytons. Would love to hear back from you so I can refine the feedback because I don't see the game plan. There is no payoff
