Atypical-Abbie
Microland is an Archetype of primarily Level/Rank 1 DARK monsters with various Types, though mainly Beast and Spellcaster, and one LIGHT monster. They focus on banishing face-down and various tactics revolving this, Xyz and Fusion Monsters. Their main playstyle revolves around Celia in Microland which grants bonuses for various of the cards. Their boss monster is Wyrmwocky of Microland which requires an Xyz and Fusion Monster, but is a powerful discard, negate and self revive Fusion Monster. The archetype is inspired by Alice in Wonderland, Celia itself being an anagram of Alice, and the monsters are all an alternate world version of the characters, for example Cheshire Cat now being Cornwall Cat, as that was a reference to the saying "smiling like a Cheshire Cat". The Micro of course refers to them being Level 1, however I originally wanted to base them around the card Small World, though the artwork in there depicts S-Force Justify, so yeah, didn't quire fit, but the card itself is still useful, so check out the sample deck for some ideas I had! Sample Deck: https://www.duelingbook.com/deck?id=11122218 MAIN DECK MONSTERS: If you have no face-up banished cards while this card is in your hand: You can Special Summon this card, then banish the top card of your Deck face-down. If this card is Summoned: You can banish the top 3 cards of your Deck face-down, then reveal 1 of those banished "Microland" cards, and add 1 card from your Deck to your hand with the same name as that card. You can only use each effect of "Celia in Microland" once per turn. If you have no face-up banished cards while this card is in your hand: You can Special Summon this card, then banish the top card of your Deck face-down. If this card is Summoned: You can add 1 of your face-down banished "Microland" cards to your hand, then you can discard 1 card, and if you do, add 1 of your face-up banished "Mciroland" cards to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Cornwall Cat of Microland" once per turn. If you have no face-up banished cards while this card is in your hand: You can Special Summon this card, then banish the top card of your Deck face-down. If this card is Summoned: You can return up to 3 banished cards to the GY, then you can draw 1 card if you returned 3 face-down cards. You can only use each effect of "Dark Hare of Microland" once per turn. If you have no face-up banished cards while this card is in your hand: You can Special Summon this card, then banish the top card of your Deck face-down. You can banish 1 "Microland" card from your hand or field face-up or face-down, then apply the appropriate effect. ● Face-up: Normal Summon 1 "Microland" monster ● Face-down: Special Summon 1 "Microland" monster from your hand or GY. You can only use each effect of "May Rabbit of Microland" once per turn. EXTRA DECK MONSTERS: 2 Level 1 monsters If this card was Xyz Summoned using "Celia in Microland": You can add 1 "Microland" Spell/Trap from your Deck from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card; Special Summon 1 banished "Microland" monster, it cannot be used as material for an Xyz Summon for the rest of this turn, unless it was banished face-down. If this card leaves the field and is now in your GY or banished face-up: You can return any number of face-up banished cards to the GY, then banish the same number of cards from your GY face-down. You can only use each effect of "Crazy Cloak of Microland" once per turn. 3+ Level 1 monsters When this card is Xyz Summoned: You can send 1 "Microland" card from your Deck to your GY, then you can add 1 of your banished cards to your hand, also you cannot Special Summon monsters, other than "Microland" monsters, for the rest of this turn. Once per turn: You can detach any number of materials from this card; Special Summon as many "Microland" monsters from your hand as possible, up to the number of cards you banished this turn, also if you detached 2 materials, you can Special Summon 1 "Celia in Wonderland" from your Deck or among your face-down banished cards. You can only use each effect of "Twins of Microland" once per turn. ' 1 Beast monster + 1 Spellcaster monster Once per turn: (Quick Effect): You banish 1 Xyz Monster from the field or GY face-up or face-down, and if you do, this card gains 500 ATK/DEF, also if you banished it face-down, it is unaffected by your opponent's effects until the end of this turn. If this card was Fusion Summoned using "Celia in Microland", it can make a second attack during each Battle Phase, also each time a card(s) is banished face-down, inflict 100 damage to your opponent for each card banished face-down. 2 monsters, including an Xyz or Fusion Monster When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can target face-up cards your opponent controls up to the number of materials attached to Xyz Monsters used to Fusion Summon this card; banish that target(s) face-down. If this card is destroyed and sent to the GY while you control "Celia in Microland": You can Special Summon this card. You can only use this effect of "Wyrmwocky of Microland" once per turn. SPELLS/TRAPS: Fusion Summon 1 "Microland" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Material. If you control an Xyz Monster, you can also banish monsters from your Deck face-down as material. If this card in your GY would be banished, you can return it to your hand instead, but if you do, you cannot activate "Through the Mirror to Microland" for the rest of this turn. When this card is activate: You can banish 3 "Microland" cards from your Deck or GY with different names face-up and/or face-down, then you can excavate the top card of your Deck, either add it to your hand or banish it face-up or face-down. Each time a card(s) is banished face-down, place 1 Eternity Counter on this card for each of those cards. All Xyz and Fusion Monsters on the field gain 100 ATK/DEF for each Eternity Counter on this card. If this card with an Eternity Counter on it is destroyed, you can shuffle banished cards into the Deck up to the number of Eternity Counters on this card. You can only activate 1 "Wild Forest of Microland" per turn. When this card is activated: You can Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster using monsters you control as material. TheDeckmaker
There is too much cost. If your opponent manages to banish one of your cards face-up, it shuts you out of any Special Summon because your monsters have a requirement that you have no face-up banished cards. Plus, if these monsters need to be banishing this much to activate their effects you will simply deck out except if you happen to have Wild Forest Of Microland. I also do not know if this was intentional because it is your deck so you understand better how the mechanic is supposed to work, but Dark Hare of Microland banishes as cost for its Special Summon. However, it does not specify whether face-up or face-down. So I was wondering: if it banishes face-up, won't it hinder other cards because of the conditions required for the deck to function? Aside from these things I like the archetype list.

That's why there are plenty of cards that are able to return the banished cards again, and it's only a Special Summon from the hand, their other effects have nothing to do with requiring no face-up banished cards. Also Dark Hare is suppose to banish face-down like the others, I'm gonna fix that.
