OMG 37 cards T_T   The good part is that they're a ton of Touhou girls made into Ghouls. The bad part, this is truly nightmare fuel xD Well, I supposed it's also good since that's the original purpose. Well, I guess I'll try to review like 5 or so daily or I'll die. Please look carefully at the small grammar corrections. Your PSCT is pretty decent, just need some fixes here and there.

Ghoulette Ebonie Phantom Curran

If this card is Tribute Summoned: You can add 1 "Blighting Shine Ghoulette Pikeru" from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can inflict 600 damage to your opponent for each Spell/Trap they control. If this card is destroyed by a card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Blighting Shine Ghoulette Pikeru" from your GY in Attack Position.

- It seems solid, and the card it has interactions with has no problems either, so it's fine

Blighting Shine Ghoulette Pikeru

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by sending 1 "Ghoulette Ebonie Phantom Curran" from your hand or field to the GY or by the effect of a "Ghoulette" card. If this card is Special Summoned: Gain 800 LP for each of your banished "Ghoulette" monsters. If this card is destroyed by a card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Ghoulette Ebonie Phantom Curran" from your GY.

- The main problem is how and when you apply the gain 800 LP effect. If it's part of the Summon, as I imagine it is, this wording will do. I believe that effect also needs a HOPT... You can only use this effect of "Blighting Shine Ghoulette Pikeru" once per turn. Otherwise it can become nasty, since 800 per banished is not a small number.

Ghoulette Duo Remi & Vemi The Vocalust Eaters

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 5 or more "Ghoulette" cards from your hand, field, and/or Extra Deck, face-down. Gains 300 ATK/DEF for each face-down banished card. Cannot be Tributed, nor used as material for a Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Summon. Once per turn, at the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent's monster: You can banish that opponent's monster, face-down. You can pay 3000 LP; for the rest of this turn, negate the activation of card effects that target this card, and if you do, banish those cards, face-down.

- The last effect was very tricky and I had to make it much longer to make it work. It's because of that little part, "negate all effects",, the fact that you pay to activate it, and that it says "Once per turn" which I suppose means the intended effect is to make it last until the end of turn (it would be op'ed otherwise since she already screws attacking monsters). So I revised the wording to use the usual structure, and make it a lingering effect that applies once you have paid the LP and finishes until the end of turn. It's a strong card, but the LP cost is very high and that makes it work, imo.

Ghoulette Pack of Fiends

(Quick Effect): You can reveal this card in your hand until the end of this turn, and if you do, each time your opponent Special Summons a monster(s), draw 1 card, and if you do that, you take 500 damage and your opponent gains 500 LP. You can only use this effect of "Ghoulette Pack of Fiends" once per turn.

- I swear a read first "Pack of friends" xD. The fairies from Touhou are scary as heck in this artwork. Sooo.. kinda Maxx C, but it doesn't get discarded and you could use the effect again? Ummm... I'm unsure, man. The funny thing is, there are many archetypes nowadays that will easily Special Summon 16+ monsters in one turn, and if they manage that, you die xD.

Fallen Injection Lilly

This card is also treated as a Fiend and a "Ghoulette" monster while face-up on the field...

- OMG I'm bad at effects that apply during the damage step and such. I see that you based your wording in the original Lily, and that's fine... but that Lily is kinda outdated, so IDK...

Ghoulette Dazzling Performer Ylice

Unaffected by other card effects. Cannot be destroyed by battle, Tributed, or used as material. If this card battles: Inflict 500 damage to your opponent, and if you do, switch control of this card at the end of the Damage Step.

- I'm unsure of why Loleo changed the effect to be passive. That's also fine, perhaps required even... and yeah, the memories of my Deadly-Go-Around lol.

Dazzling Ghoulette Lalatiana

Monsters your opponent controls cannot target face-up Zombie monsters you control for attacks, except this one. If you control 2 or more "Dazzling Ghoulette Lalatiana", your opponent cannot target Zombie monsters with card effects. This card can attack your opponent directly, but when it does so using this effect, the battle damage inflicted to your opponent is this card's original DEF. If this card is Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower "Ghoulette" monster from your GY or that is banished, but negate its effects until the end of the next turn, also you take damage equal to 500 x the Level of that monster. You can only use this effect of "Dazzling Ghoulette Lalatiana" once per turn.

- I respect Loleo's adjustments here as well. Bullets are cool and all. I just have my version. I don't think that Once per Duel clause is required, as there are a ton of annoying cards that get summoned and plop, Summon something else just like that and without cost, even. Deep Sea Diva, for instance, which doesn't negate the Summoned mon's effect, either (but won't allow Xyz Summon, or such strong mons)... probably would be better if this one Summoned Level 4 or lower only.

I'll continue later.

How in the world did you make 292 cards for an archetype lol. Anyway, I'll keep working on the 37 that were posted here.

~~~
Reaping Ghoulette Sischloe
Tribute 1 monster; excavate cards from the top of your Deck until you excavate a monster that can be Special Summoned, also shuffle the other cards into the Deck, also, after that, both players draw 2 cards then banish 1 of them.
- Unnecessary to place the cards at the bottom of the Deck if the Deck is going to get shuffled either way. 100% Needs a HOPT, "You can only use this effect of "Reaping Ghoulette Sischloe" once per turn.
Grave Dancer Ghoulette Ylice
Unaffected by other card effects. Cannot be destroyed by battle, Tributed or used as material.  If this card battles: Inflict 1500 damage to your opponent, and if you do, switch control of this card at the end of the Damage Step, and if you do that, shuffle up to 3 of your banished card and up to 3 cards in your GY into your Deck.
- Somewhat OP'ed card. Has complete immunity just like the other Ylice, inflicts a relatively high amount of damage, and its shuffling power is rather high. However, the opponent can make use of this effect as well during their turn and give it back to you while applying all effects... I suppose that more or less balances it, but if you manage to summon 3 of these, it's almost unstoppable 4500 damage... On another note, this one is one of my favorite artworks in the set.
Ghoulette Wunder Giese Voltina
If your opponent activates a monster effect: You can banish 1 card from their Extra Deck. You can only use this effect of "Ghoulette Wunder Giese Voltina" once per turn. If your opponent has no cards in the Extra Deck: Destroy this card, and if you do, Special Summon it to your opponent's field. Gains 500 ATK for each banished Fusion, Link and/or Xyz monster.
- Quite  the number of adjustments. NEEDS a HOPT because you can't banish 1 of your opponent's ED mon for each effect they activate, that's nasty. Remember that there is no such thing as "Banished Zone" That is a term used by the community but it's not official and you should avoid it at all times.
Ghoulette Wunder Vicess Yvantina
Each time your opponent activates a Spell Card, they must banish 1 Trap from their Deck or GY, or if they cannot, negate the Spell Card's effect. Your opponent gains a Normal Summon in addition to their Normal Summon/Set during the next turn if you activated this effect this turn.
- Interesting, and rather concerning card. Traps are much less used than Spells as far as I know, and a lot of Decks do not use their Normal Summons more to compensate... it's naughty, and hard to gauge
Ghoulette Curran The Crippling Decay
When this Card is Normal Summoned: Add 1 "Ghoulette Pikeru Of The Cursed Lantern" from your ???? to your hand. Once per Duel, when your opponent draws for their normal draw in their Draw Phase: pay 500 LP; your opponent banishes the card they just drew. At the start of your opponent's Main Phase, if the previous effect was negated by your opponent's card effect: You can pay 4000 LP; banish their entire hand. Once per turn, during the Standby Phase: The turn player gains LP equal to 100 x the number of cards they control.
- Omg, this is pretty dangerous. Well, firstly, you forgot to Specify from where the Pikeru is added from (from Deck, I imagine, but specify). Next effect is a total no. It's even worse than Yata, as paying a bit of LP to banish the opponent's hand without even needing to Summon the monster and attack is far worse than Yata-Garasu's effect, so I went for Once per Duel effect.
Ghoulette Pikeru of The Cursed Lantern
If this card is Normal Summoned: You can pay 4000 LP; Special Summon up to 2 Level 8 or lower "Ghoulette" monstes Deck (ignoring summoning conditions): Once per turn, during your End Phase, If this card was Special Summoned: Gain 200 LP for Each face-up Effect Monster on the field.
- Changed the 1000 LP gain to 200. Imagine that there are 6 monsters in total on the field = 6000 LP gain? No, sir.
Ghoulette Ylice The Advanced Chaos Of Crawling Madness
Cannot be Special Summoned. You must Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 3 "Ghoulette" monsters. Unaffected by other card effects. Cannot be destroyed by battle, Tributed or used as material. If this card battles: Inflict 2500 damage to your opponent, then switch control of this card at the end of the Damage Step, and if you do, you can banish up to 5 monsters from your GY, and if you do that, gain 1000 LP for each card banished by this effect.
- Quite scary and... hawt? xD. Another one with that full immunity and brutal burn damage, but that can be used by the opponent as well. Unsure how to treat these cards, but they're indeed dangerous.
I guess I'll stop here for today
I see I see, I don't like OTKs either, and I'm also bad at naming lol. Anywho, let's go with today's cards, which are becoming creepier by the moment, just have a look at that Rin Kaenbyou, omg xD.
Smug Ghoulette MeowMeow Meowizer Kazity
Once per turn, if you control a face-up "Ghoulette BunBun Bunny Luntaictrix" or/and a face-up "Cosmic Ghoulette Performer Rutrut Ruto": You can reveal this card in your hand; Special Summon 1 of your Link Monsters that is banished or in your GY, and if you do, take 2000 LP.
- Ummm, any Link revive? Ooof, well, that's... interesting. I don't see much issue, since it requires specific cards. It's not too easy to pull many times in a turn as you need copies, and hurts a lot, so not even a HOPT is needed, imo.
Ghoulette BunBun Bunny Luntaictrix
If this card is Normal Summoned: Shuffle all banished cards into the Deck, and if you do, inflict 100 damage to your opponent for each card shuffled into the Main Deck this way. If this card is banished: Each player banishes the top 5 cards from their Deck (or their entire Deck, if less than 5).
- The Rabbit has Landed! (Seiran's Music Theme). I'm concerned about how simply it is for this card to mass shuffle banished cards. I'm somewhat unsure on how to balance that, but I'd rather it can only shuffle "Ghoulette" monsters,.
Cosmic Ghoulette Performer Rutrut Ruto
Gains 300 ATK/DEF each time a Spell is shuffled into the Deck while you control a face-up "Ghoulette BunBun Bunny Lunataictrix". Once per turn, If  this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: Declare 1 type of card (Monster, Spell, or Trap); your opponent sends 1 card of that type from their Deck to the GY.
- Conservative tool, not as strong as other members of the archetype and with a funny Vampire Lord effect xD.
Ghoulette Lich Girl Maido
This card is treated as "Dark Magician Girl" while face-up on the field. Once, while you control a "Ghoulette Lich Girl Maido": Your opponent can banish the top 3 cards of their Deck, face-down, otherwise, you can choose up to 2 of your opponent's unused Main Monster Zones. Those zones cannot be used, while this card is face-up on the field. If this card leaves the field: both players gain LP equal to the number of cards banished by this card's effect x 300.
- Had to make some adjustments in the blocking effect because you really shouldn't go beyond blocking 2, so no matter what, you can only block 2 with this wording, and it dies if the card leaves the field. Dunno why the Dark Magician Girl thing lol.
Assailant Axe Ghoulette Murlice
If this card is Special summoned by the Effect of "Peekaboo!?", monsters your opponent controls lose 200 ATK for each "Ghoulette" card in your GY. Once per turn: You can Banish 1 "Ghoulette" monster from your GY and pay 1000 LP; apply 1 of the following effects.
● Send as many cards in both players' hands and on the field as possible to the GY, then inflict 200 damage to your opponent for each card sent to the opponent's GY by this effect. You cannot activate other cards or effects during the turn you activate this card's effect, or Summon monsters.
● Banish 1 monster from your GY, then target 1 face-up card on the field; place 1 RedRum Counter on it. If a card with a RedRum Counter would be destroyed by battle or card effect, remove 1 Redrum Counter from it instead.
- The first bullet effect is insane. It's freaking Chaos Emperor Dragon but on steroids lol. I had to add the no Summon monsters at the end. And lowered the burn damage to 200 cause... yeah.
Ghoulette Maiden Of Endless Lullaby Priretta
Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can discard 1 "Ghoulette" card, then target 1 card on the field; banish it, and if you do, inflict 400 damage to your opponent. During your opponent's turn (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card, then target 3 of your banished DARK Zombie monsters with different names; Special Summon them, and if you do, inflict 400 damage to your opponent.
- Yeah, the burn effect is repeated, but it's better than coming up with methods that do not exist in PSCT. Removed the final Spellcaster convertion effect to keep it simple, but if it makes sense for you, you can keep it.
Ghoulette Vunder Fess Velltina
Once per turn: You can send up to 2 "Ghoulette" monsters from your Deck to the GY; gain 400 LP for each card sent to the GY this way.
- Nue! And it's simple, and effective, no need to get crazy at times with complex effects.
Ghoulette of the Fearful Dusk Tenolice
This card is treated as a Warrior monster while face-up on the field. Gains 800 ATK each time this card destroys a monster by battle. If this card is destroyed by battle: You can banish this card and 1 Spell/Trap card from your hand; Special Summon 1 "Ghoulette of The Dusk Tenolice" in Attack Position from your Deck, then set 1 "Curse of the Dusk " directly from your Deck.
- I buffed it a bit, now it gains 800 ATK per destruction, because Rumia is hungry. The rest is cool.
Aaand I'm almost halfway.
- Had to make some adjustments in the blocking effect because you really shouldn't go beyond blocking 2, so no matter what, you can only block 2 with this wording, and it dies if the card leaves the field. Dunno why the Dark Magician Girl thing lol.
Assailant Axe Ghoulette Murlice
If this card is Special summoned by the Effect of "Peekaboo!?", monsters your opponent controls lose 200 ATK for each "Ghoulette" card in your GY. Once per turn: You can Banish 1 "Ghoulette" monster from your GY and pay 1000 LP; apply 1 of the following effects.
● Send as many cards in both players' hands and on the field as possible to the GY, then inflict 200 damage to your opponent for each card sent to the opponent's GY by this effect. You cannot activate other cards or effects during the turn you activate this card's effect, or Summon monsters.
● Banish 1 monster from your GY, then target 1 face-up card on the field; place 1 RedRum Counter on it. If a card with a RedRum Counter would be destroyed by battle or card effect, remove 1 Redrum Counter from it instead.
- The first bullet effect is insane. It's freaking Chaos Emperor Dragon but on steroids lol. I had to add the no Summon monsters at the end. And lowered the burn damage to 200 cause... yeah.
Ghoulette Maiden Of Endless Lullaby Priretta
Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can discard 1 "Ghoulette" card, then target 1 card on the field; banish it, and if you do, inflict 400 damage to your opponent. During your opponent's turn (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card, then target 3 of your banished DARK Zombie monsters with different names; Special Summon them, and if you do, inflict 400 damage to your opponent.
- Yeah, the burn effect is repeated, but it's better than coming up with methods that do not exist in PSCT. Removed the final Spellcaster convertion effect to keep it simple, but if it makes sense for you, you can keep it.
Ghoulette Vunder Fess Velltina
Once per turn: You can send up to 2 "Ghoulette" monsters from your Deck to the GY; gain 400 LP for each card sent to the GY this way.
- Nue! And it's simple, and effective, no need to get crazy at times with complex effects.
Ghoulette of the Fearful Dusk Tenolice
This card is treated as a Warrior monster while face-up on the field. Gains 800 ATK each time this card destroys a monster by battle. If this card is destroyed by battle: You can banish this card and 1 Spell/Trap card from your hand; Special Summon 1 "Ghoulette of The Dusk Tenolice" in Attack Position from your Deck, then set 1 "Curse of the Dusk " directly from your Deck.
- I buffed it a bit, now it gains 800 ATK per destruction, because Rumia is hungry. The rest is cool.
