Thomas★Zero
Debris Star Dragon lv 4 WIND Dragon/Effect All battle damage dealt to your opponent involving this card is halved. You can only use the following effects of "Debris Star Dragon" once per turn. * If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Special Summon 1 Tuner monster from your hand or GY, also, for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck except Synchro monsters. * If this card is used as Synchro material to summon a Warrior or Dragon Synchro monster: Special Summon 1 "Synchron" Synchro Tuner monster from your Extra Deck. (This special summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.) ATK/2000 DEF/1000
Dramatic Crossroad
Arguably, i am not very "in-tune" with the current meta, but this looks pretty overpowered to me, it has no visible downsides to balance out its strong effects - bringing 2 monsters from your GY/hand and Extra deck without even negating their effects and without any actual cost or relevant restrictions. The battle damage reduction won't even matter, because you'd instantly use this one card to bring out a Shooting Star Dragon your every turn. I get what you were trying to make, playing off of Stardust Synchron for an instant win condition, but that card at least requires tributes to revive and also banishes itself to even things out. If it had just 1 of these effects it'd be a pretty good card, but both - it's be-all end-all and breaks immersion and believability. Grammar suggestion: (took from cards with similar effects)Battle damage to your opponent from battles involving this card is halved. You can only use each effect of "Debris Star Dragon" once per turn. P.S. Sorry for the scuffed criticism.
Tinkerer
Honestly, I don't directly mind the +s on this one. The lock into Synchros really weakens the general usability, and the requirement to go into Warriors/Dragons to get the extra payoff limits this card pretty explicitly into a deck that is notable for swinging card advantage (Junk Speeder is a comparable example to this card). That being said, since this doesn't prevent you from using other extra deck stuff beforehand, I would suggest adding at least one of a couple very minor limitations: 1) negating the tuner's effect on field, and/or 2) making the Synchro/Tuner summon NOT treated as a Synchro Summon. Other than that, I think the card is fine. It's not searchable, so you have to hard dig for it. 9 times out of 10, you'll have to devote your Normal Summon to this card in a deck that really values its NS. And it's a very obvious card to hit with negation to completely shut down a turn. Besides using this in Junk/Synchron, I suppose you could use this in Adamancipator to bridge into Crystal Wing at the cost of 2 Extra Deck slots?
