davness
Opening the Vault (Normal Trap) Activate only during your End Phase. Both players choose 3 cards from their Deck and/or GY and banish them, face-down. During each Draw Phase: after conducting their normal draw, the turn player can add one card that was banished by this card's effect to their hand. "Opening the Vault" can only be activated once per Duel. ------------ Basically, both players pick three cards from their Deck and make a mini-deck with it. When it's their turn to draw, they can ALSO choose one of the cards in the mini-deck and add it to their hand (basically a draw 2). To balance the card: the activation requirements basically state that you must activate only during your own End Phase - that means your opponent is the one that gets the first chance at drawing 2. KH911
That's an interesting concept, but I feel like the end phase limitation was a bit much. The fact you can only activate it during your own end phase means that you set the card, end turn, your opponent plays their turn, and then you play your turn, and that's when you activate it. And not only do you activate it 2 turns after it's set, you're also giving your opponent a card advantage when it's activated. Most likely the duel will be over before you see any reward from this card. My suggestion would be to make it activate on either end phase, that way it's still delayed, but you at least your extra draw after 1 turn instead of 3. I do like the card, but the activation condition kills it.
