You can only use the 2nd and 3rd effect of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) You can only control 1 “World Ocean Dragon – Zillantis”.
(2) During your Main Phase: You can banish as many monsters on the field as possible, then Special Summon as many of them as possible to their owners’ fields in face-up Attack Position, face-up Defense Position or face-down Defense Position.
(3) During the Battle Phase (Quick Effect): You can destroy cards on the field up to the number of co-linked monsters.

This card would  be broken in my Custom Archetype Bermuda since there WATER Link Monsters that have their Own Tri-bigade Revolt and it is kinda just a broken Link Monster in General.

Meh. Outside the 1 material thing, I... Don't exactly think this is all that good?

The blink effect is Spell Speed 1 meaning you wouldn't want to make this on turn 1 (unless you're going for a combo*). On turn 2, your opponent has the opportunity to disrupt this card (either by preventing you from climbing to Link-4 or by responding directly to this card’s Summon). Triggering the blink to flip all the opponent's monsters face-down seems like a lot of effort.

The third effect can't be used on turn 1, and has all the same setup issues as the second effect.

It's shiny and cool, but it doesn't seem like a good card imo.

 

*I can see people doing some kind of crazy play/FTK by turning Saryuja into this. Re-trigger Armageddon Knight, re-trigger Morphtronics. But a conventionally good card? No.

There is definitely a Marciness extra link combo with this card and I'm not gonna be the one to figure it out because I'm not going to read Marincess cards.
