(2) (Quick Effect): You can activate 1 of these effects;
● Change any number of face-down monsters you control to face-up Defense Position.
● Change any number of face-up monsters you control to face-down Defense Position.

(2) During the Standby Phase, if you control a “Prediction Princess” Ritual Monster: You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 non-Ritual “Prediction Princess” monster from your Deck in face-down Defense Position.

What the heck does Tarotwraith mean by being Special Summoned alongside Tarotrei? Does it mean as like a 2 for 1 kind of deal?

Tarotrei can OPT Special a Flip monster from the Hand/GY, so once Tarotwraith has been Ritual Summoned, that came copy can then be a valid target for Tarotrei's effect.

Okay. That is incredibly vaguely put.

I tend to like the janky stuff like Toon/Gemini/Ritual monsters, but the fact the spell can't be searched out by the card that expedites set-up greatly (can't remember its name) irks me.

Yeah, because Tarotwraith is a Flip monster itself, it's worded that way knowing Tarotrei can summon from the Hand or GY, meaning Tarotwraith has to be RS'd first, and Tarotrei's eff is the only other way it can be SS'd after that.
