Twisted Duality Dragon - Two Worlds, One Dragon

Wanted a nice Normal Pendulum Monster that could search and easily get itself on the field for my new archetype, so this is a high Level dragon that does just that!

Pendulum Effect:
If you control both a Pendulum Normal Monster and a non-Pendulum Monster: You can Special Summon this card. You can discard 1 card; add 1 Pendulum Normal Monster from your Deck to your hand, then you can return this card to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Twisted Duality Dragon" once per turn.

Flavor Text:
When two powerful magicians cast their summoning spell simultaneously, they split this dragon between realms, making it aggressive and confused, lashing out against anyone who dares cross its path.

Funny thing is this can special summon itself by just controlling a non-Pendulum monster because even while in a pendulum zone, it counts as a Pendulum normal monster. If you want to check your other pendulum zone I would sugest the stipulation "except this card". If you want to check your monster zones, then specify that. Playability it seems great.

Are you sure about that? I am pretty sure that while in the Pendulum Zone, it's only considered a Spell, not a monster.

I double checked you are correct, but I wish you weren't :/ yeah the effect works just fine the way it is.
