Black D'Sceptyr
Been a while, I know, but I had to make sure more cards were lined up for my future support waves before I could come share the good word with you all. And considering I have a new Deck Build Pack prepared to scoop Amazing Defenders, that time is now. So... yeah, Chadarnok. Basically, they're a group of Light and DARK monsters named after The Pit and the Pendulum, but their effects replicate duality in a far deeper degree than the main antagonist of that film (or the antagonist who drove him to that antagonism) ever could. They are a toolbox-heavy archetype, and big fans of switching between their LIGHT and DARK counterparts - which often have the ATK of one form and the DEF of another as one and the same. Of course, the switching between forms has a purpose, and it's to allow them to fill the field with members to make their Xyzes possible, which do everything from banishing cards to shuffling monsters into the Deck, to even attacking multiple times and blunting battle damage. Basically, they're a big deal. And since they're but one of three archetypes I plan to reveal in my Haunted Hunters Deck Build pack, they're also a bellwether for the uniqueness to come. If you want, I'll have the link to that pack in this post soon, when the thirteenth card drops. For now, enjoy. I always struggle with that. Well I usually religiously follow certain tags on Pixiv, but mostly they're all clumped in the right areas if you have your search parameters down pat. OR at least have the 'work illustration' tag translation in and work from there. On 7/4/2022 at 7:48 PM, Loleo said: OMG I love this and want to know the lore. This has a dream mirror like feel with more depth and playability! Well, for once I wanted this archetype to be lore-light, instead focusing on the workability of the cards themselves. Still, I will take this in mind - I have so much more to show you all this month! ___________ Also, UPDATE I: put in the last card, the Archive of Atrocities
