The pink is the 'fleshy flesh' underneath the flesh or the fur/skin. As such.

 

I can do bones on stuff (check Darkrai's hand, Umbreon's tail), they're just not easy.

You have some border issues around the ears, but that isn't much, maybe a little touch up can fix it.
