For starters, the shading in the 'hairdo' is wrong, and should be corrected, else your sprite looks weird. Part of the foot is missing, and the beak looks mishapen, you should touch it up a bit.

 

I'm not trying to screw over your morale, it's just what I think. =/

 

Also, rate my Zombie Umbreon?
