This is so identicle to the original' date=' that you should get the artist's permission first. It is like the new Deviantart rule for card pictures. What you're doing right now is [u']kinda[/u] stealing. You should get the artist's permission.

I never said it was the exact picture, just that it was very close. Contacting the artist first would be the right thing to do.
