ok im not trying to be mean but in a shop, normally the leader of the shop is the most talented at what the main idea of the shop is, i.e. in ur shop you should be the best at splicing and battle scenes. Im not saying this is always true, but i what im trying to say is people dont normally work for someone who is worse at what they do than them. Basically what im trying to say is that following the rules(which i have seen about 95% of the time)you will get maybee one person, if that, from this forum to work for you. now say i opened a shop and asked if anyone wanted to work under me, i would probably have at least five to ten offers from splicers on this forum

 

again, im not trying to be mean to anyone, but i am a very harsh person, its just how i am, so please noone take offense to things i say, im just trying to be realistic, im one of those ppl who lives by the saying "Life sucks then you die, deal with it"

No. You have to have a program like Gimp or Photoshop, both of which need to be downloaded.

Try an egg man! Like put the guy's hat, and eyes (same with the girl and her hat and scarf) on an egg and recolor the egg with the colors of their clothes.

Yea. But I thought the eye's and mouth would be more prominet. I guess I misjudged the eyes and mouth in relationship to the size of the egg.
