As a beginner, I guess they are alright.

 

As a professional, the borders need work, also a lot of the parts need better blending. Like the head on the Rayquaza splice looks like it's just randomly in front of the body, not spliced. I'd get in to more professional work but I know your not perfect yet so I won't.
