Dustech Meerkat
EARTH - Level 3 - Machine/Effect - ATK: 500/DEF: 1500
If this card is Special Summoned from the GY: You can add 1 "Dustech" card from your Deck to your hand. You can discard this card: Target 1 "Dustech" monster in your GY, except "Dustech Meerkat"; Special Summon it. You can only use each effect of "Dustech Meerkat" once per turn.

 

Dustech Mole
EARTH - Level 3 - Machine/Effect - ATK: 1000/DEF: 1000
If this card is Special Summoned from the GY: You can send 1 "Dustech" card from your Deck to the GY. You can discard this card: Target 1 "Dustech" monster in your GY, except "Dustech Mole"; Special Summon it. You can only use each effect of "Dustech Mole" once per turn.

 

Dustech Scorpion
EARTH - Level 3 - Machine/Effect - ATK: 1500/DEF: 500
If this card is Special Summoned from the GY: You can target 1 face-up card on the field; send it to the GY. You can discard this card: Target 1 "Dustech" monster in your GY, except "Dustech Scorpion"; Special Summon it. You can only use each effect of "Dustech Scorpion" once per turn.

 

Dustech Hideout
Field Spell
While you control a "Dustech" monster that was Special Summoned from the GY: Special Summoned monsters on the field cannot activate their effects, except monsters Special Summoned from the GY. If a "Dustech" monster you control is sent to the GY: You can target 1 "Dustech" monster in your GY with a different name than that monster; Special Summon it. You can only use this effect of "Dustech Hideout" once per turn.

 

Dustech Ambush
Quick-Play Spell
Target 1 "Dustech" monster in your GY: Special Summon it, and if you do, it gains ATK equal to the ATK of all monsters on the field that were Special Summoned from the GY. You can only activate 1 "Dustech Ambush" per turn.

 

Dustech Burrowing
Counter Trap
If a card or effect is activated while you control a "Dustech" monster that was Special Summoned from the GY: Negate that card's activation, and if you do, send it to the GY. You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Dustech" monster in your GY; Special Summon it. You can only use 1 "Dustech Burrowing" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Most themes that revolve around summoning from the GY are dark and spooky, which ofc makes sense. But I thought I'd give another spin to it. The concept here is that Dustech monsters in the GY are actually hiding underground in their burrows. When you discard a Dustech monster to activate their effect, they're burrowing themselves and telling their friends they can resurface!

Edit: Tweaked a few cards.

Dies to necrovalley

Hideout says "Teh" instead of "the"

I love how these guys work!

 

Things I would love to see would be:

  1. Draw 1
  2. Burn or Allow direct ATK
  3. Main deck boss that gains effects based on number with different names in the GY
  4. Rank 3 Xyz that special summons during opponent's turn
  5. Link that must use monsters Special Summoned from the GY gains effects by monsters Special summoned from the GY it points to.
  6. Trap that allows discard to Special Summon Same amount discarded, also negates face-up spell/traps your opponent controls the turn activated if you summon 3+

That field spell is one of the harshest easiest to pull of floodgates I've ever seen.

Hey, glad you like them! Also very solid ideas, I'll def do something with them.

As for the field spell: yeah, now I see that it's too much. Maybe something like: - While you control a "Dustech" monster that was Special Summoned from the GY: Special Summoned monsters on the field cannot activate their effects, except monsters Special Summoned from the GY.
