Loleo
Domestication Spell Negate the effects of all monsters both players currently control. All monsters are treated as normal monsters until the end of the turn. Revised version of an old card.
Kokoroshi
Hmm… weird, but cool idea
Tinkerer
Why is the first thing I think of degenerate combos with cards like these? xD This + Heat Wave/Rescue Rabbit would be absolutely disgusting (since you never specified that the normal monster condition was exclusive to the field). All the most interesting applications of this card come from the Normal Monster condition. Otherwise, it's a respondable Dark Ruler No More (which is honestly fine). Will like these comments as soon as the day resets. Yes, it is absolutely supposed to be used more so for the second clause.
Neo Nae
hmmm too bad it wouldn't stop if there was an effect to counter it or activate before this activation took place, that's also wouldn't be able to counter those that aren't effected by card effects so you could mess yourself up if not too careful
